HOW TO MAKE A T'RALTIXX
When the Creature Shop receives an
order for an alien, they first create a concept drawing. Usually, they're only given a few
restrictions.
In the case of T'raltixx, they knew he was
going to be blind and that he had to
be able to crawl on the walls. Other than that, they were on their own and free to use their
imaginations. The drawings are refined and enhanced until they're satisfied with the
look of the character. |

Traltixx makeup test

Next the actor, Danny Adcock in this case, comes in for a
makeup test. So that he's not as blind as his character, there's a periscope inside the T'raltixx
makeup that leads to the apparatus on top of his head. |

magnificent (but not superior) T'raltixx. Crackers Don't Matter |
